Administrative Assistant

Join our family to work on various administrative/HR/promotion assignments, such as: recruiting and internal HR, managing social networks, improving employees' wellbeing and assistance to CEO. With over 50 employees there is always something to improve!

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting - Managing job advertisements, candidate pre-screening, interview scheduling
  • Social networks - Managing company's pages on Facebook, LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Managing employment documentation, vacation and sick leave schedules
  • Coordinating employees's business trips
  • Organizing corporate events and managing employees' wellbeing
  • General office management - document-processing, basic accounting, managing supplies

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent Latvian, Russian and English languages
  • At least 1 year experience in Office management, HR, Recruiting or related positions
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools - Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel
  • Good understanding of Social networks usage for business
  • A degree in Human Resources, Public Relations, Management or Economics is considered a plus
